History of FIDIC creation. Purpose of the activity and tasks of the Ukrainian FIDIC branch. Classification and comparative analysis of FIDIC model contracts. Scope of standard contracts and their structure. Role of consultant engineer in projects. Preparation of tender offer; the contents of the tender documentation. Adaptation of typical FIDIC contracts to Ukrainian legislation.
