As a result of studying the discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes:
know:
- know and understand the scientific principles of organization, modernization, and implementation of new technologies in social communications and information activities;
- implement and use communication technologies in social systems, multimedia information support, web design, and web marketing technologies;
- use a variety of communication technologies for effective communication at the professional and social levels on the basis of tolerance, dialogue, and cooperation.
be able:
- apply knowledge and understanding for the identification, formulation, and solving problems of the specialty, using known methods;
- ability to use various methods, including information technology, for effective communication at the professional and social levels;
- the ability to be responsible in the work performed and achieve the goal in compliance with the requirements of professional ethics.

Summary of the subject:
The nature and specifics of business communication. Corporate business communication. Organization of effective business verbal communication. Features of nonverbal transmission of information in the process of business interaction. Organization and conduct of individual forms of business communication. Organization and conduct of collective forms of business communication. Features of external intersubject business communications. Organizing and conducting public relations campaigns.
