Learning outcomes:
As a result of studying the discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes:
know:
- ability to maintain business communication and use social communication resources on the INTERNET;
- ability to apply norms and standards of business documentation and organization of work with management documents;
- ability to use modern Internet technologies, services.
Be able:
- communicate freely on professional issues, including oral, written, and electronic communication in Ukrainian and one of the foreign languages;
- use a variety of communication technologies for effective communication at the professional, scientific and social levels on the basis of tolerance, dialogue, and cooperation;
- be responsible, ensure effective teamwork.

Summary of the subject:
Theoretical foundations of imageology and PR-technology. Classification of image strategies. Tools and means of imageology. Conflictology. Conflict resolution technologies as components of the image. Entrepreneurial imageology. The image of the organization. The image of a leader.
