1. Ability to demonstrate professional competence obtained in the course of development of various disciplines;
2. The ability to apply the universal principles of coexistence and ethical standards of conduct towards people and the environment;
3. The ability to show kindness, tolerance, care for others, to confront the racial, ethnic, sexual and age discrimination;
4. To carry out an objective assessment of reality, to recognize international standards and principles of activity;
5. To avoid emotional crisis and conflict situations;
6. To articulate their thoughts and to express them, and to maintain objectivity, consistency and labor activity in extreme situations;
7. To avoid overload and professional burnout, to develop the ability to handle stress;

11. To apply basic knowledge of directions, forms and methods of scientific research in the field of social security;
12. To understand the cause-and-effect relationships of society development and manifestations of the socio-economic problems in various categories of the population;

14. Use of scientific knowledge in the field of Informatics and modern information technologies;
15. To apply the methods of information gathering: document analysis, observation, survey, experiment, testing, use of statistical, methodological and regulatory framework of the system of social protection of the population;
16. Use of the mechanisms of appointment of financial social assistance;
17. To use basic knowledge about the basics of social protection;
18. To analyze and explain relevant processes in the social sphere and social security;
19. To search for information from various sources for solving professional tasks;
20. To think systemically and to apply creative ability to generate new ideas;
21. Critically evaluate the obtained results, to handle and defend the decisions taken on the basis of actual / empirical data practices;
22. To combine theory and practice, and to make decisions and to develop a strategy for solving problems of the speciality taking into account of universal values, public and state interests;
23. To apply their knowledge and understanding to carry out professional activities in the field of social security, aimed at socio – economic changes;
24.To apply their knowledge for professional counseling of consumers of social security services;
25. To work effectively both individually and as part of an interdisciplinary team of specialists;

The main legal aspects of human life. Legal bza regulating human rights in society and its development. Safety and protection of the legitimate rights of citizens. The legal right to receive services from social services. Basic human rights that may be affected by the social life of the citizen. Legal regulation of social protection.
