• Following the completion of the course, students should know: the basic regulations in the area of property rights; subjects of property rights; concept and content of property right; grounds for acquisition and termination of property rights; the ways to protect property rights; civil liability for violations of property rights; general characteristics of intellectual property rights; concepts, subjects and objects of copyright, related rights, patent law.
• Following the completion of the course, students should be able to: work with the national legislation in the field of property rights, and interpret them according to specific situations; draw up documents concerning relations in the area of property rights; define the legal status of property rights; analyze the methods of acquisition and termination of property rights; protect their property rights, know in which authorities seek the protection of their rights and interests; give written answers to the creative tasks.
