Learning outcomes:
ability to identify and develop creative personality traits, apply methods of teaching creativity and conduct trainings for the development of creative abilities;
• knowledge of psychological characteristics of college age in implementing organizational, analytical and social functions in the education of creative personality patterns and characteristics of its development;
• фbility to establish communication subject-subject relations in a student group;
• ability to communicate scientific and professional business language, use different speech styles, methods and techniques of communication, demonstrating broad scientific and professional vocabulary;
• ability to provide a favorable psychological climate in the pedagogical team.
