The analysis of natural and anthropogenic features of a defined territory, its social, historical and cultural features. Research of the world`s experience in urban areas modernization, means and methods of modernization. Development of proposals for functional, planning and compositional organization of the territory. Functional structure in comparison with existing one complements with the propositions of necessary functions introduction to the territory. Areas for new developments of certain heights, quarters of stored and reconstructed buildings are identifying. The areas for increasing the density of urban construction or clearing blocks from unnecessary functions and structures are shown. Development of a master plan is accompanied by improvement of planning structure, often with its complication that appears in the tracing of new streets to the cores of flows. 1. Knowledge of the basics of vocational-oriented disciplines in specialty «191 Architecture and Urban Planning»;
2. Knowledge of the theoretical fundamentals, designed standards, urban planning methods, architectural design of the new living and public buildings and reconstruction or the restoration of historically formed ones as well as an environmental design;
3. Knowledge of the functional-topological and architectural-artistic fundamentals of planning the buildings and their complexes;
4. Knowledge of the main functional-planning techniques as well as architectural artistic organization of buildings and their complexes taking into account the different needs of the population, climate and urban planning conditions, the requirements of monument conservation legislation;
5. Knowledge of interconnection between the volumetric-spatial, constructional, building, engineering solutions and the maintenance qualities of buildings;
6. Knowledge of the typology and classification of the historic heritage objects and the principles of their complex research;
7. Knowledge of the innovative technologies of an architectural objects fixation and computer design;
8. Knowledge of the methodology and practice of a historic architectural heritage, building materials specificity, the restoration and reconstruction technologies of the architectural objects as well as the elements of their artistic alignment;
9. Knowledge in the field of spatial planning public policy; basic problems of spatial planning and a region development; understanding the problems of a region development; compiling the plans of a spatial development;
10. In using the instructions, rules and technical building procedures of economic design and the realization and maintenance of architectural object as well;
11. In organizing an investment process and ability to integrate the plans to the projects within the country and the countries of European Union;
12. In using the main techniques of a functional planning organization of buildings and their elements in architectural design on the basics of taking into account of restoration, social, climate, normative, technological and other requirements;
13. In analyzing and systemizing the cartographic, iconographic, literary and other sources for historic and architectural investigations;
14. In developing the conceptual idea and solution of a historic urban planning complexes revalorization
15. Having been anchored to current legislation and documentation requirements, using the norms, technical conditions, estimate handbooks: in
- formalizing a project request;
- completing the initial conditions;
- setting the task of the project;
- making up an estimate of the project;
- drawing up a customer contract.
