Learning outcomes:
1. Knowledge of the basics of vocational-oriented disciplines in specialty «191 Architecture and Urban Planning»;
2. Knowledge of the theoretical fundamentals, designed standards, urban planning methods, architectural design of the new living and public buildings and reconstruction or the restoration of historically formed ones as well as an environmental design;
3. Knowledge of the innovative technologies of an architectural objects fixation and computer design;
4. Knowledge of the modern urban planning conceptions and their critical estimation in a contemporary architectural theory;
5. Knowledge and competence of historic and architectural research carrying on; formulation of the monument conservation conclusions; developing the projects of architectural monuments and historic architectural urban complexes preservation and adaptation;
6. Knowledge in the field of spatial planning public policy; basic problems of spatial planning and a region development; understanding the problems of a region development; compiling the plans of a spatial development;
7. In an architectural and urban planning;
8. In application of knowledge of the natural science disciplines while solving the architectural, restoration and regeneration problems;
9. In choosing the gathering and processing a pre-design information of an architectural restoration, in interpreting the initial information for the architectural and restoration solutions, in setting the restoration tasks and restoration program;
10. In solving the functional and using, building, construction, engineering and technological problems with the purpose to provide the safety and comfort while using the objects by the different groups of a population including the disable and mobile restricted people;
11. In applying the actual methods, techniques and technologies of architectural and urban planning object in the course of the project including the methods of compositional modelling and computer design;
12. In thorough keeping the project documentation at any stage, including the working drafts of the architectural and restoration solutions;
13. In analyzing and systemizing the cartographic, iconographic, literary and other sources for historic and architectural investigations;
14. In developing the conceptual idea and solution of a historic urban planning complexes revalorization
15. Having been anchored to current legislation and documentation requirements, using the norms, technical conditions, estimate handbooks: in
- formalizing a project request;
- completing the initial conditions;
- setting the task of the project;
- making up an estimate of the project;
- drawing up a customer contract.

Summary of the subject:
Visiting the object for which will be done project restoration work, demonstration of techniques for measurement of the interiors of buildings, inspection of the technical condition, determination of defects and deformities, losses of decorative elements and painting on the objects. Fixation the received information, analysis analogues, developing of restoration strategies and implementation of the final term paper.
