Learning outcomes:
As a result of studying the module, the student must:
• to know the methods, means, models and algorithms, which are the basis for the development and implementation of information systems and their components;
• be able to apply practically the methods and means of information technology to increase the opportunities and increase the efficiency of the use of technical, software and information resources.

Summary of the subject:
Structure of information systems, methods of spectral analysis of discrete signals, methods of optimal encoding and compression of messages, methods of analysis and processing of audio signals, methods of noise immunity coding, methods of encryption and decryption.
