Learning outcomes:
• know and understand the mechanism of financial management and the provision system of financial management of an enterprise;
• know and understand the methods of cash flow, profit, asset, capital investment management, financial risk management and financial crisis management;
• be able to substantiate the decisions on planning cash flow, profit, real and financial investment of an enterprise;
• be able to develop the financial policy of an enterprise, to evaluate options for raising capital from various sources, to decide on the formation and optimization of the capital structure of an enterprise;
• be able to perform financial forecasting and planning of an enterprise;
• be able to diagnose financial risks, financial crisis of an enterprise as well as to substantiate management decisions in order to reduce risks and ensure financial recovery of an enterprise.
