Learning outcomes:
to know the modern approaches to management of processes of formation and use of potential of the enterprise;
- be able to analyze and plan changes of potential of the enterprise considering future needs of the market to ensure its development;
- be able to form the tasks of management of potential the enterprise, depending on the competitive positions of the enterprise and future needs of the consumer;
- be able to identify the reserves of potential of the enterprise;
- to navigate in choosing the directions of development the enterprise and achieve its goals as a result of the selection and implementation of innovative investment projects.
