Learning outcomes:
As result of studying the module student must:
-know: essence and general economic content of personnel management ant its position in system management organization, regular strategy and policy, methodological approaches in relation to distribution of tasks of personnel management between linear and functional unites and managers, professional recruitment methods, motivation and development of staff;
-be able: to analyze sophisticated industrial situations by yourself, accept and justify effective decisions in the way of managing of staff, use in practice your achievements of modern personnel management, apply relative ways of managing, leadership skills and form of government, make effective communications and manage conflicts in the organization.

Summary of the subject:
Organization of management accounting processes of the company. Professional qualification requirements for staff of financial services of the company. Organizing, motivating and evaluating of staff work of accounting department of the company. Formation and development of staff of financial services of the company. Organization of financial clerical work at the enterprise. Responsibility of staff of financial department of enterprise.
