A result of studying the module student must:
- Know the procedure of state financial control in the sector of General state management
- Be able to conduct state financial control, to structure the information state financial control in the sector of General public administration.

-prerequisite: «Accounting in taxation»
-co-requisite: «The analysis of activity of budgetary institutions»
Summary of the subject:
Theoretical-methodological bases of state financial control and ways of its reforming. Control in the system of State auditing service of Ukraine. Control in the system of the state Treasury. Control of efficiency of use of budgetary funds by the accounting chamber of Ukraine. Verification of the estimate of the budget institution. Monitoring the safety and use of fixed assets and intangible assets. Control the keeping and use of reserves. Application of procedures in the procurement of goods, works and services for public funds. The conduct cash transactions. The payroll, including on costs on a business trip. Staff discipline. The remuneration of employees and payroll. The state of the design discipline. Education and use of own revenues of budgetary institutions. Operation on registration accounts opened in the Treasury and in the accounts of the banks. Payment of utilities. Payment of transport services and maintenance of vehicles. Control over formation and use of means of local budgets.
