Project management in the system of management organization. Characteristics of project management. The functions and processes of project management. Justification feasibility of the project. Initiating the project. Criteria for selection of projects and models. The structure of the project analysis. Prediction of the project. General approaches to planning and monitoring of projects. Planning of the project. Resource planning, cost and project budget. Description of project resources. Development of the project budget. Control of the project. Risk management projects. Quality management project. Personnel management in projects. The motivation of team members and solving conflicts.
