Learning outcomes:
• to know the structure of the legal system of Ukraine, the basics of institutional, organizational, legal, ideological, and resource support of human rights in Ukraine;
• Be able to apply human rights protection mechanisms, strategies and tactics;
• be able to apply the rules and principles of national law in the field of human rights protection; to give social and legal evaluation of the consequences of human rights violations; identify, prevent and eliminate human rights conditions and causes;
• be able to make organizational and managerial decisions, including in non-standard situations, guided by basic human rights principles;
• Have the skills to make such decisions responsibly

• Basics of e-government
• Information activities of state and government.
Summary of the subject:
International and European standards in the field of human rights protection (European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms). The system of legal protection of human rights, including international legal acts of the United Nations, the legislation of Ukraine. Ombudsman protection of human rights. Human rights protection strategies and tactics. Ensuring and protecting human rights in armed conflicts. Freedom of speech and freedom of information, media activities, media literacy and more. Basic principles of protection and processing of personal data in Ukraine. International standards governing the processing and protection of personal data. Rights of the data subject.
