Learning outcomes:
- to know the bases of the functioning of the human psyche, the essence and content of mental processes, mental properties, mental states and mental entities, the psychological structure of the individual, the basis of the psychology of its competitiveness;
- to know the basics of social psychology of small and large social groups, psychology of communication and behavior of the individual;
- to be able to form a psychological portrait of a person and give it an adequate psychological characteristic, to determine its main psychological peculiarities;
- to be able to use the psychological patterns of communication, as well as to identify the main socio-psychological phenomena that occur in a small group.

• Pedagogical ergonomics;
• Psychopedagogy of labor.

The subject of the discipline "Psychology". Personality and its psyche. Multilevelness of the human psyche. The essence and content of mental processes. Mental properties of personality. Mental states of man. Mental education. Emotions and feelings of a person. The will of man. Abilities of a person. Motivational sphere of personality. Psychological foundations of communication. Understanding the social psychology of small and large groups. Psychological foundations of human behavior. Psychological bases of competitiveness of the person.
