Learning outcomes:
- to know the psychological basis of professional activity and pedagogical means of its development and consolidation in the structure of the employee's activity;
- To know the psychological and pedagogical aspects of training of employees to perform professional tasks;
- to be able to increase psychological and pedagogical means to increase labor productivity of workers, to influence changes in the structure of motives of their activities;
- to be able to perform psycho-pedagogical correction of psychomotor, skills and abilities of employees.

Summary of the subject:
Subject of the discipline "Psycho-pedagogy". Psychological foundations of labor. The psychological structure of labor. Psychological-pedagogical bases of formation of intellectual processes of effective work. Psychological and pedagogical bases of motivation of labor. Psychological-pedagogical bases of an employee's emotional sphere. Psychological-pedagogical bases of formation of volitional worker's sphere. Psychological and pedagogical bases of formation of the worker's psychomotor work adequate to the requirements of work. Psychological and pedagogical bases of skills and abilities formation and their correction.

Assessment methods and criteria:
• current control (40%): oral questioning, esprinting, quality of written practical tasks;
• final control (the maximum number of points is 100): for the current control a maximum of 40 points and for an examination maximum of 60 points
