A result of studying the module student must:
- Know a set of basic knowledge on crisis management in modern conditions, and acquire practical skills in pre-crisis and crisis management, necessary for economic substantiation of economic decisions at the enterprise level, and state regulation of crisis;
- Be able to apply the acquired knowledge in Business Administration

The course "Crisis management" covers the following: Economic crisis: the nature and classification. Theoretical basics of crisis management. Diagnosis crisis condition. Strategy and tactics of crisis management. Evaluation of threats of bankruptcy. Diagnosis consequences of insolvency and the potential survival of the company. Fundamentals of forming anti-crisis program of the company. Preparation and conduct anti-crisis measures of the company. Monitoring the implementation of anti-crisis program of the company. The experience of crisis management in developed foreign countries.
