After completing a course, a specialist must know:

• basic principles of life safety fundamentals;
• impact of human psychophysiological characteristics upon the formation of his/her safety;
• сlassification and methods of detecting harmful and dangerous factors;
• laws and regulations on occupational safety and safety of human life;;

• fundamentals of fire safety, fire protection systems, methods and means of firefighting.

A specialist must be able to:

• assess dangerous situations and make decisions on immediate action in case of emergencies

• administer first aid in emergency situations to themselves and other victims
• assess working conditions, control compliance with the requirements of the health regulations;
• organize and carry out training on workplace on sefety issues.
