Learning outcomes:
Acquiring knowledge system that provides a holistic view of a safe working environment, which ensured the health and performance of employees in the relevant sector entities;
the ability to solve professional tasks obligatory account industry requirements for the safety of personnel and protection in dangerous and emergency situations;
opportunity to organize training and knowledge tests for personnel Industrial safety (instruction and special training for staff involved in operations with increased risk);
ability to organize training and validation of knowledge staff in fire safety rules and use of personal protective equipment;
ability to organize training and validation of knowledge personnel to provide first aid to victims of accidents;
ability to organize certification of workplaces on working conditions in the slave unit.

Summary of the subject:
Effects of electric current on people and types of electrical injuries. Evaluation of the production environment in terms of electrical safety. The development of measures to reduce the potential hazard of electric shock at work and at home. The normative-technical documentation in the field of electrical safety. Organization of safe operation of existing electrical installations. Organization of training and testing of industrial and electrical personnel electrical safety; briefings. Protective measures in electrical installations provided for at the design stage (protective earthing, protective auto power off, compensation capacitive component of the current ground fault, the use of low voltage, control and prevention of damage to insulation, etc.). Organizational and technical measures electrical safety during operation (staff, training, jobs, design work, etc.), classification of areas of electrical safety. Fire safety (classification of zones and areas with explosion and fire safety, constructive performance el.obladnannya of explosion, types of explosion protection, the choice of electrical equipment for explosion and fire zones and premises). Lightning protection, types of lightning protection, development of lightning protection system for the electric power and industrial projects, protection from secondary manifestations of lightning. Assessment for compliance with electrical equipment fire and explosive characteristics of the surrounding working environment.
