Learning outcomes:
a) students should know:
• principles of the institution; the essence of basic management concepts ( "manager", "manager", "leader", "image leader"); the structure of the management cycle, management functions; basic qualities and features of the head of the institution; algorithm for management decisions, their types and forms; types of planning the educational process, their structure and semantic content; basic approaches to modeling Control and Evaluation systems; collective powers of university management (general meeting (conference), pedagogical council, board trustees, school board); Algorithm for certification of teaching staff; major milestones V.O.Suhomlynskoho management experience;
b) students should be able to:
• compare leadership styles (democratic, liberal, authoritarian); make algorithm career; to produce various kinds of management decisions (orders, decisions); resolve conflicts; enter the annual plan of work, weekly work plan manager; conclude modular-schedule school subject and lesson plans with preset themes (modules); model-specific control system, given the estimated parameters; prepare a report on the pedagogical council on the topic and the solutions to it; characterization and prepare attestation certifying letter to teacher qualification for a given category.
