-ability to design and put into practice effective teaching interaction, anticipate consequences adaptive approach to professional socialization.

Andragogical education system of pedagogical sciences. The theoretical basis and the practices of training in vocational and higher education in terms of andragogical paradigm. Teacher professional and higher education institution as andrahoh. Organization of educational interaction with an adult student. The contents, methods and forms of work with adult student in terms of different models of education. Fundamentals andragogical didactics. Control and accounting knowledge and skills of students in andragogical paradigm.
