1. The ability to plan and conduct pedagogical observation, to adequately evaluate and predict the results of scientific and pedagogical research.
2. The ability to plan and organize a pedagogical experiment.
3. The ability to analyze theoretical and experimental data of pedagogical research.
4. The ability to use mathematical methods to verify the accuracy of data obtained during the pedagogical experiment.
5. The ability to substantiate the practical relevance of the study results.
6. The ability to use research findings in practice.

Summary of the subject:
Questions about the organization of pedagogical experimental research; an empirical method of cognition as a particular field of activity; the general methodology of the research and its levels; processes of functioning of science and scientific knowledge; methodological approaches and principles of experimental pedagogical research; conceptual apparatus of experimental research, general methodology and methods, as well as analysis and design of the results of pedagogical experiment; methodological peculiarities of types and elements of pedagogical research, which contribute to strengthening of methodological orientation and formation of scientific worldview, to increase the level of methodological culture of postgraduate students, the formation of the system of mathematical knowledge that make up the methodological basis of verification of the results of pedagogical experiment are being considered.
