Learning outcomes:
- knowledge of history of the Ukrainian fine art and architecture of 13th c. – beginning of 20th c.;
- understanding of the national specifics of the Ukrainian fine art and architecture and its differences and intercommunications with the art of other countries;
- orientation in basic theoretical problems and concepts of the history of the Ukrainian art, in the variety of artistic traditions and stylistic directions;
- development of the skills of aesthetic estimation and analytical, argued judgement about works, personalias and phenomena of the Ukrainian art.

Summary of the subject:
Baroque and Rococo in architecture and fine art of Ukraine of 17-18th centuries. Classicism and Romanticism in the Ukrainian art of the first half of 19th century. Art of Ukraine of the second half of 19th century.
