Summary of the subject:
Classification of methods of processing of external surfaces. Construction the technological process of machining the stepped shaft. Processing the external surfaces of the shaft on machines: turning, turned-revolving, turned with many cutters, duplicatored semi-automatic, with numerically program control. Methods of finishing machining of shafts surfaces: thin turning, satin finish, grinding, tuning, superfinish, polishing, processing with pressure. Processing the holes with dimensional tool: drills, senkers, reamers of different surfaces. Boring and drawing of holes. Processing the holes with abrasive tool: grinding, honing, lapping, punching the holes. Basic methods of processing splined grooves for prismatic segmental splins. Processing the slotted surfaces on shafts with disk shaped cutter, run-splined worm-shaped cutters, broaching. Processing the slotted surfaces in holes. Processing the flat surfaces with edge cutting tool: planing with cutter, milling, broaching, scraping. Processing the flat surfaces with abrasive tool: grinding, polishing and more. Cutting the carving with edge cutting tool: cutters and carved combs, round discs and carved head, taps. Milling carving cutters with disc and group mills. Sanding and rolling the carving. Cutting gears wheels by copying and trundling with worm-shaped cutters, disc rammers as combed rails. Rolling gears wheels. Methods of assembly. Working the technological schemes of assembly. The technological process of preparation and its components.
