Learning outcomes:
• Ability to apply models and methods of project activities in the field of library and archival science
• Know, understand and apply in practice legislative and sectoral regulations.
• Use knowledge of technical characteristics, design features, purpose and rules of computer equipment operation and office equipment to solve technical problems of the specialty.
• Evaluate the possibility of using new information and computer and communication technologies to improve production practices information products and services.
• Qualified use of standard computer and office equipment.
• Systematically think and apply creative abilities to the formation of fundamentally new ideas.
• Evaluate the obtained results and defend the decisions made with arguments.

Summary of the subject:
The discipline embodies the issues of basic concepts and standards of project management, project management life cycle, methodologies and models of project management in libraries and archives, organizational structure of project management (PMBOK), project planning.
