The concept of academic integrity: an honest and responsible approach to educational and scientific activities of students; performing tasks and taking exams in an honest way; use of verified data in research; avoidance of plagiarism and responsible attitude to work with sources. The importance of academic integrity for the image of the university: the code of honor of the educational institution; anti-corruption measures; ethical norms of the academic environment; high level of internal culture and consciousness; respect for scientific research; fight against plagiarism. Types of plagiarism: academic, mosaic, self-plagiarism. Responsibility for academic plagiarism. Anti-corruption. Source verification. Criteria for evaluating sources.
