Learning outcomes:
As a result of the discipline a student must:
• know - the main goal of building consolidated databases, search methods and process data description language tools and data manipulation.
• be able - practically solve the basic problem of designing structures and consolidated databases.
Learning discipline involves the formation and development of the students competences:
general:
• understand and solve problems and tasks of building the consolidated database;
• to conduct research into the consolidated database;
• apply knowledge of database theory to practical situations and consolidation of competitive intelligence information;
professional:
• use the theory of databases in the consolidation of information for the development of information systems;
• formulate, analyze and synthesize scientific solution of problems with the construction of consolidated databases;
• build a domain model in a database;
• explore and optimize the model database domains to build information systems;
• develop and implement information systems that are based on the consolidated database;
• formulate new scientific and practical tasks of building a database in the consolidation of information;
• accept new knowledge of database theory and integrate them with existing information from the area of ??consolidation.

• Knowledge and understanding of the basic theories and theoretical and methodological approaches to building and use of consolidated databases;
• Knowledge and understanding of the principles and mechanisms of consolidated databases;
• Knowledge and understanding of the theoretical, methodological and procedural bases of research in the field of data processing;
• Knowledge and understanding of methodologies for assessing the quality characteristics of databases;
• Knowledge and understanding of information modeling techniques using databases;
• the ability to plan, organize and control databases;
• ability to process information using database technology;
• ability to develop practical recommendations for building a consolidated database;
• ability to ensure the development and evaluation of characteristics of databases required for their management and use.

Academic discipline highlights questions about the features of data consolidation, database management systems, simulation of the dynamics of the domain in the database model of the time-dependent data, algebra relations time-dependent data, functional dependencies time-dependent data normalization information circuit relations time-dependent , use of query languages ??for data consolidation, management of access to data, verbal means of consolidating data, methods for reporting in XML, access to XML-data using XML-oriented query languages, generate SQL-scripts via XSLT-transformations generate data -tsentrychnyh XML-documents using XSLT-transformations of evaluation of consolidated databases.
