Learning outcomes:
to know: methodological foundations of social functioning and communication technologies in the light of general sociological methodology; theoretical models describing the social and communications technologies, social perception, communication and cooperation at the macro and micro levels; main directions and approaches to the implementation of social influence and communication technologies, in that those of the manipulative nature.
be able to: analyze social and communications technologies, the structure and features of mechanisms of influence using sociological approaches; to identify types and otherwise summarize theoretical and empirical information in the analysis of social reality, to use sociological methods of collecting information about the reality of the social impact; to participate in the design of forms and implement the independent analytical projects

• General sociology;
• General Psychology and Psychology of personality;
Summary of the subject:
Public Relations (PR) as a field of scientific knowledge and an area of professional activity. Formula of PR. The origins and history of PR. The public in PR-system as an object and subject of communication. Public opinion: studies and formation. Communication as a process of information transfer. Lines of communication influence in the system PR - activities. Communication problems and PR - activities in the organization.
