Короткий зміст навчальної програми:
The study of the discipline "Pedagogical Workshop" aims to form in graduate students professional and pedagogical competence to create opportunities for potential employment in higher education and ensure competitiveness in the market of educational services. The discipline reveals the essence of knowledge and practical skills in the field of scientific and pedagogical activities increases the competitiveness of graduate students in employment. Thus, according to the educational and scientific program, a potential area of its activity is teaching in higher education institutions. And direct pedagogical skills, which are indicators of relevant competence, are the ability and willingness to participate in the organization of scientific and educational work of the profile department, to know and understand the principles of organization of the profile department (distribution of functional responsibilities, teacher workload, -research work of the faculty (educational and scientific institute) and the institution of higher education in general), to apply active teaching methods, modern educational technologies. In turn, the teaching skills of a graduate student are his ability to acquire and understand, as well as the effective application of basic and avant-garde pedagogical concepts and techniques.
