• Know the history of printing technology; classification of printed products; technology assembly processes; processing technology illustrative information; High technology forming processes, flat, deep and special printing methods; method of calculation of the main printing units of volume print production;
• be able to navigate in a variety of modern printing technology; machines editions of various types; choose and justify printing method, mode of reproduction of text and illustrative information for a particular type of printed matter;
• be aware of the main characteristics and design of printed materials, the basic processes of creation and prospects for practical application of acquired knowledge in professional activities.
