Characteristics of the educational program:
Gained competence: Masters of "Management" acquire in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge, abilities, skills in economics, acquire general principles of scientific and professional activities methodology, obtain other necessary competences in order to be able to solve complex problems to perform effectively innovative tasks in professional activity under uncertainty. Educational and professional program of masters by specialization of "Management of foreign economic activity" is based on the fundamental postulates and results of modern researches in the sphere of management of foreign economic and customs activity, management of international competitiveness, international credit and currency regulation of foreign economic activity, international marketing, international electronic commerce, cost management in foreign economic activity, documentary and information support of customs activity, diagnostics and expertise of customs activity, technologies of customs control, customs value of goods. Masters of "Management of foreign economic activity" acquire the complex of knowledge, abilities and skills, sufficient for managing foreign economic activity subjects, subjects of international business, their departments, wide range of processes and operations in foreign economic activity.
- basic knowledge of fundamental and natural sciences, the development of laws of economics, management and law, international economic relations, international business, basic philosophical categories and general scientific methods;
- deep knowledge and understanding of international cooperation and international business processes, integration and globalization, parameters of modern international economic environment, enterprises management in terms of foreign trade activity, transnational corporations management;
- deep knowledge and understanding of classical and modern approaches to foreign economic activity management; principles, laws, functions, methods and technologies of international management, methods of managerial decision-making, leadership and management styles, conflict resolution within international cooperation;
- knowledge of strategic, operational, innovative, crisis, financial, investment, anticipative and creative management of enterprises and their subdivisions in terms of foreign trade activity;
- deep knowledge and understanding of foreign trade operations implementation, their organizational, resource, legal, logistic, customs, transport, expeditionary, insurance, managerial support;
- deep knowledge and understanding of the customs support processes, documentary registration and information provision of foreign economic operations.
