Learning outcomes:
• to know the theoretical and methodological bases of determination of resources used in IT projects’ business planning, technical and economic assessment of their effectiveness, justification of the need for attracted and borrowed resources, and management of investment and financial risk in projects;
• to be able to apply the relevant technical and economic indicators to justify the results of the development and implementation of IT projects at the enterprise; to make justified project decisions with innovative and investment nature, based on the use of various formal and informal methods;
• to be aware of the features of practical problems’ professional solving regarding an economic substantiation of IT projects’ development and implementation, which provides the appropriate methods, tools and models’ application.

Summary of the subject:
Аcquirement the methods of technical and economical substantiation of the project solution advisability, their application in practice of domestic enterprises with the explanation of suitability of the development and implementation for individual IT projects
