Strategic business areas. The strategic business units (SBU). Vision, mission and goals of innovative development of the company and its SBUs. Opportunities and threats, strengths and weaknesses of a company. Portfolio Analysis. Strategic alternatives. Choice and justification of the strategy of innovative development of a company.
