1) ability to demonstrate deep knowledge of professional oriented disciplines in field of economy and innovative approaches of competitiveness of enterprises (organizations), their innovative development management, innovative business process designing and modelling, innovative enterprise (organization) management system optimization, innovative activity controlling, creative management, marketing of innovations, innovative activity risk;
2) ability to demonstrate deep knowledge and understanding of classical and modern approaches of management of innovation, principles, laws, technologies, innovative activity management methods, innovation solution foundation and selection processes, conflict management in scientific and technical collaboration;
3) to integrate and use acquired theoretical knowledge on practice to solve management problems in the field of innovation;
4) to combine different economical and mathematical methods and models for analysing and evaluating the risks of innovation activity, to take management decisions and to develop measures to reduce their impact on the effectiveness of innovative projects;
5) to develop, evaluate and justify options for innovative development of enterprises (organizations, institutions) in the domestic dynamic and unstable environment and to determine the optimal structure of resources for their implementation;
6) to use modern electronic resources and information technologies in innovative activity of enterprise (organization, institution);
7) ability to be adaptive to the new unpredictable situations and to make the appropriate decisions;
8) to bear social responsibility for decisions, adhere to moral and cultural values.
