Learning outcomes:
to be able to explore relations in the financial system in various economic sectors of Ukraine, the European Union, Central and Eastern Europe;
• to be able to explore the transformation processes in the relevant industry or the entity, assess and draw conclusions about trends, forecast further development and innovation in the studied sectors and their own vision of measures to strengthen anticipated trends;
• to know transformation categories and be able to explore the forms of transformation in the financial sector and the sectors to which certain financial institutions are adjacent;
• to know the meaning of transformation programs, to be able to explore the potential effects of changes in the financial system, methods of planning and study programs of financial transformations.
• to be able to apply economic, statistical, mathematical and other methods;
• to form their own set of proposals to improve the financial system.

Summary of the subject:
The term "transformation" and "financial system". Research transformation of the state budget and social security in Ukraine and Poland. The study of changes in the tax system of Ukraine and Poland. Research trends of cooperation between state pension fund of private pension funds in Ukraine and Poland. Research and financial condition of insurance companies in Ukraine and Poland.
