be able to: perform diagnostics of financial stability of credit institutions; to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the financial intermediary's activity, to formulate basic strategies as strategic alternatives to the activities of the financial intermediary, depending on the situation on the market and the state of the organization itself (life-cycle stage);
to be able to: perform an analysis of the financial position of the intermediary, to determine the economic norms of financial institutions, to evaluate and control their financial stability, solvency and financial reliability of certain companies, to carry out forecasting of the main indicators, and to optimize financial and investment activity by applying financial management methods for making management decisions, aimed at ensuring financial stability of financial market participants.

The purpose of the course project is to fulfill the students' tasks based on the acquired skills in the practice of credit institutions - banks and non-banking institutions in the process of training - in ensuring their financial stability, in particular determining the elements for achieving a stable, non-disturbing financial intermediary activity in the market.
