know: the nature, purpose and objectives of debt policy, tools borrowing state funds in the domestic market, subjects the government securities market and their functions, the value of government securities and investment returns, financial instruments and financial information in the international market, especially the mechanism of state security, accounting and public debt operations maintenance mechanisms settlement of the debt crisis, methods of restructuring public debt and use in Ukraine, the IMF's role in resolving the problems of public debt.
