Learning outcomes:
The understanding the nature and mastering the skills of modeling and evaluation of socio-economic projects.
• The possession of the classification of economic-mathematical methods and models used in providing of finance of the social and economic projects and by methods of quantitative analysis of the impact of factors on the change effective financial indicators of socio-economic projects.
• The ability for the applied use of multicriterial optimization and implementation of choice of optimal strategies of financial provision of socio-economic projects.
• The possession of diagnostic techniques and financing rating of the social and economic projects; evaluating the effectiveness of providing finance of the social and economic projects on the basis of economic and mathematical methods and models.
• The possession of the classification of economic-mathematical methods and models used in providing of finance of the social and economic projects and by methods of quantitative analysis of the impact of factors on the change effective financial indicators of socio-economic projects.

Summary of the subject:
The essence and definition of socio-economic projects. Overview of mathematical methods in providing finance of the social and economic projects. Mathematical methods for quantitative analysis of the impact of factors on the change of the effective financial indicators of socio-economic projects. Practical application of the matrix method, methods of linear and dynamic programming in the implementation of mathematical support of finance for social and economic projects. Optimizing distribution of investments between the socio-economic projects. Economic-mathematical evaluation of socio-economic projects involving investments. Economic-mathematical methods of risks’ analysis of the socio-economic projects. The concept of breakeven socio-economic project.
