The specialist should be able to choose the technology of obtaining specific organic products with the specified properties, to manage them consciously and skilfully, using scientific achievements. To know the list and requirements for raw materials to obtain petrochemical products and the regularities of chemical reactions in the presence of catalysts different by nature. To possess the operating conditions of technological installations and measures of their safe operation. In addition, to know the bases of economy and environmental protection of the production process
