Learning outcomes:
• knowledge of basic scientific concepts, theories and techniques required to create the economic management system of e-business; understanding the basics of control of resources and costs to implement effective economic management of e-business;
• the ability to use the Balanced Scorecard, methods and tools, and to apply instruments of management of various sectors of e-business; to introduce new technologies effective management of economic processes in e-business, particularly to improve the competitiveness of enterprises;
• understanding of the peculiarities of solving practical economic problems during professional work in the field of e-business that involves the use of appropriate methods, tools and models.

Summary of the subject:
The basic principles of economic training of specialists for doing business in the Internet environment. Features of organizing and ensuring the effective functioning of the business in the Internet environment. Building effective e-business structures. Formation of the a network environment for e-business.
