As the studies results, student has:

• Prerequisites: Functional logistics, Basics of system theory and system analysis
• Co-requisites: Designing Logistics Systems, Logistics Consulting.
Summary of the subject:
The gist and the systems of рrocess management. The legal basis of рrocess management in Ukraine. Shares as the main type of corporate securities. The members of corporate relations. The рrocess te management bodies. Shareholders. Financial management and financial analysis in the system of рrocess management. Reorganization, bankruptcy and dissolution of еnterprises.
