Summary of the subject:
Business processes: concept, classification and characteristics. Innovative business processes. Fundamentals of Management of Innovative Business Processes of Tourism Organization. Modeling of innovative business processes and its methods. Information innovative technologies in business processes at tourist organizations. Modeling of the value added of innovative business processes. Simulation modeling of innovative business processes.
