Learning outcomes:
As a result of studying the discipline student must:
• know: formal (analytical) and intuitive (expert) methods of applying modern information services for the formation of new tourist products with the help of modern information technologies;
• be able to: substantiate scientific, technical and organizational decisions regarding the identification of current and potential problems in the formation of a new tourism product; apply new information technologies;
• understand: the peculiarities of the use of information services in the conditions of dynamic formation of the network economy, the use of network information and communication technologies to minimize uncertainty and the formation of mechanisms for the rapid adoption of managerial decisions;
• use: analytical tools, software and information support in the process of creating new tourist products; to use automated software for research of internal and external possibilities of development of tourism business, as well as economic forecasting of tourist services;
• analyze: alternative design solutions for deployment of information services in the field of designing in terms of their polycrystallineity; strategies for the formation of tourism products on the basis of forecasting consumer demand, identifying trends in market development;
• synthesize: agreed design solutions for the deployment of information services, taking into account the peculiarities of the life cycle of information and communication technologies;
• evaluate: the effectiveness and efficiency of using modern information and communication technologies for the formation of new tourist products.

Summary of the subject:
Concept, directions and strategies for the development of information services for the development of tourism services. The main functions of the information services toolkit for the formation of new tourist products. Network approaches for the development of a tourism business management system. The structure and content of the tourism market through the spectrum of dynamics of changes introduced by the scientific and technological progress. Legislative and regulatory framework for the formation and use of information services in the field of tourism business.
