Following the completion of the module the student should:
1.1. Know:
- principles of allocation of organizational stakeholders;
- interests of typical groups of stakeholders;
- methods of the influence of stakeholders on the management process and their consequences for the organization;
1.2. Be able:
- to allocate and systematize organizational stake holders;
- to build a hierarchy of their significance to achieve the strategic goals of the organization;
- plan the use of management methods for relations with stakeholders;
1.3. To master the methods of using power when making strategic decisions.

The impact of stakeholders on the strategic process. Sources of power available to stakeholders. Public Interaction with Stakeholders. Managing the process of interaction with stakeholders through the prism of corporate social responsibility.
