2. Search for information in different sources to solve the problems of public management and administration in the sphere of the State investment and innovation policy;
3. To analyze experience of implementation of State investment and innovation policy;
4. Combine theory and practice, as well as make decisions and produce strategy of public organization and the State investment and innovation policy;
5. Knowledge of the current state of affairs in the development of the State, regions, local communities, and skills for their improvement, taking into account the principles of international cooperation;
