1. Know the professional-oriented disciplines of specialty in public administration area, state regulation of the economy and security, fiscal policy, competition and entrepreneurship theory, theoretical rules for the international and domestic markets, the fundamentals of financial and budgetary policies.
2. Apply knowledge and understand how to solve problems of synthesis and analysis systems that are characterize the chosen specialty

Coursework shall include theoretical and practical components. It is recommended to allocate 3 Chapters: 1. The first chapter is devoted to disclosing the nature of the research object. It include analysis of the literature; Disclosure basic concepts of the subject; analysis, comparison, comparing current views of various scholars in studying the problem. 2. The second section is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the object of study and financial practices. It is based on a study of statistical and accounting data, publications in journals, data published on the official websites of government, professional participants of the financial market, international organizations, analytical reviews and more. The analysis should be made for at least the last 5 years. 3. The third chapter is dedicated to the researching of problems identified in previous chapters and finding all possible solutions. It can also be studied foreign experience and prospects of international developments in the Ukrainian practice. Conclusions must result from the research and have a direct link to its results. Sections may include applications.
