As a result of studying of the module the student has to:

• understanding of mechanisms, methods and tools of public policy and political management;
• ability to analyze a condition of political system in Ukraine for the purpose of adoption of the administrative decision and definition of solutions of an urgent political situation or a problem;
• knowledge of bases of professionally focused disciplines of specialty 074 "Public management and administration";
• understanding of essence, cause and effect, functional communications and strategic objectives of development of the state and society;

• Administration by public projects
• Analysis of the market and crisis management.

Introduction of innovative strategy of public management, the strategy of transition of Ukraine to a number of the developed states taking into account competitive advantages and objects of competitive fight; knowledge acquisition of innovative development strategies of society, including priority directions of an intensification of innovative activity and formation of new institutes of innovative infrastructure.
