- to plan, organize,control, and regulate activities of organizations of different types of organizational and legal forms, use the classic and innovative mechanisms of personnel motivation.
-to use basic principles of creativity in innovative management, to apply the modern methods of innovative ideas generation, to form a creative environment and to use methods of innovative development of organizations.
- to design and realize new business models and formats of entrepreneurial activity,being appropriate to the companies’ technological and product innovations.
-ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of present-day problems of social development;
-ability to demonstrate basic knowledge of methodology and tools for scientific research;
-ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of classical and present-day approaches to management of organizations and administration (by kinds of economic activities), principles, laws, technologies, methods of management of organizations, decision-making processes, leadership and management styles, peculiarities of conflict resolution in the process of solving problems of professional activities;

Gained competence: The educational scientific program is based on fundamental postulates and results of the modern theoretical and applied researches in the field of management on the wide spectrum of its varieties in organizations of different types of activity and legal forms.
