Learning outcomes:
As a result of study of the module does a student must:
- to know: table of contents, task and organization of logistic controlling, on an enterprise; the systems of planning and development of budget are on an enterprise, methodical tool of strategic and operative logistic controlling, controlling of investment projects;
- able: organize the system of logistic controlling on an enterprise, to conduct necessary financial and economic calculations, to apply the modern methods of researches, do the grounded conclusions and accept current and strategic administrative decisions.

Summary of the subject:
Controlling and logistic controlling: essence, functions, kinds and basic tasks. Description of objectives is logistic controlling. Organization of administrative account in the system controlling System of planning and development of budget on an enterprise. Methodical tool of operative controlling. Expert diagnostics financially economic to the state of enterprise. Controlling of investment projects. Organizationally methodical bases of forming and functioning of the system of logistic controlling on an enterprise. Logistic controlling in the system of acceptance of administrative decisions.

- to know: organizing the logistics of controlling the company; Controlling operational methodological tools; main areas cost analysis of the company; the purpose and methods of interconnection costs, and the amount of profit (CVP); reserves to reduce costs;
- able: assess the level of expenditure; determine the effect of changes in costs, prices, and (or) the amount of profit tax; define operating leverage factor and use it to predict changes in income; determine the effect of the combination of sales income of the company; identify the reserves to reduce costs enterprise and develop measures to mobilize; check the validity of administrative decisions regarding the company's expenses; assess the implementation of the decisions by identifying deviations of the actual costs of the planned (normative).

Total production and economic and financial characteristics of the object of study. Analysis costs of the company (analysis costs ordinary activities, analysis of operating costs, analysis of the production cost of production). Analysis of logistics costs. Analysis interconnection costs and the amount of profit (CVP). Optimization costs.
